Floor Plans
A basic floor plan is included with every real estate shoot. Interactive floor plans and more advanced 2D and 3D floor plans are also available for a charge. If a client is interested in remodeling possibilities, consider ordering a CAD file that an architect or designer can use as a basis for renderings.

Virtual staging allows buyers a chance to visualize the possibilities of an otherwise vacant room.

I am a fully licensed and insured drone operator. Drones allow for unique elevations as well as providing greater context to a listing than photographs from ground.
